2. To prepare for departure, please fasten your seat belt and return
your seat and tray table to the upright position. We also ask
you to turn off all mobile phones as they can interfere with the
aircraft’s navigational system.
3. Due to different cabin conditions, drinking too much alcoholic
beverages in the air affects your body more seriously than on
the ground. And, please let me know what you want to buy
before you take a rest and I’ll get them for you later.
4. It is Bibimbap. It consists of rice, vegetables, sesame oil and hot
pepper paste mixed together. If you don’t like spicy food, you
can eat it without the hot paste. If you don’t want your meal
right now, please let me know when you want to be served.
5. Each passenger entering the United States must complete these
documents. All passengers including transit passengers must fill
out the customs form. And, our in-flight magazine has more
detailed information on the movie program. May I open the
movie program page for you?
6. Would you please close the window shades? We will be starting
the movie shortly. I’m really sorry but I’m afraid the sound
system in this seat is out of order. I’ll check and see if we have
an empty seat available. Just a moment, please.
7. Please roll up your sleeves. I need to take your blood pressure.
I hope you’re feeling better. I’m sorry but I’m afraid this stroller
is a little too big to secure in the cabin. Would you mind us
checking this?

When opening the overhead bins, please be careful as the
contents may fall out. For security reasons, passengers are not
allowed to enter the cockpit during the flight. But instead, can I
show him the back of the cabin(the galley)?
9. We’ve asked our ground staff to prepare a wheelchair at the
arrival airport. If you need any assistance, please let us know.
